Belgian IPA

This recipe is a style all its own. A veritable melting pot of Belgian and American Ales produces a brew best described as an elegant, yeasty Belgian Ale carpet-bombed with American Pacific Northwest hops. Its rich malt bill produces a palate sensation with notes of bread, dough, and lightly sweet caramel, while a wholesome amount of Falconers Flight Hops brings notes of citrus, grapefruit, and strong herbal bitterness. The brew is the perfect amber-orange color with a flimsy head, fresh aroma, rich mouth feel, and exceptional flavor from its yeasty Belgian roots.
