Meet our New Apple Pie Ale, made with over 75 Gallons of local cider! You’ve never had a brew quite like this. It’s just bursting with Apple, Cinnamon, and Hop flavor.
Don’t forget the ultimate purpose of the evening is to raise money for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Rochester, NY Inc. with a portion of proceeds from every sale going to the cause. We’ve even got amazing guest bartenders from Sir Rocha Says, Hello Yoga Girl, and Yelp Rochester who’ve sponsored the event.

Just a quick Holiday Hours Announcement. We will be open from 12-5pm for last minute Growler Fills on Christmas Eve and then Closed Christmas. The following week hours will resume normally until New Years Eve, which we’ll be open 12-5pm, then Closed New Years Day. Have a Merry and Safe Holiday Everyone!

About the Beer: This IPL was engineered from its inception to complement rich holiday fare and sustain you through long winter nights. Unlike IPA’s which undergo a vigorous, short, warm fermentation period, IPL’s enjoy dual citizenship as they’re fermented like a lager, then hopped with pungent IPA style Pacific Northwest Hallertau hops well past the point of a traditional lager. However it’s the brews generous malt bill which highlights its noble aroma of honeydew melon and provides a crisp clean finish. An excellent seasonal session beer that still has enough going on in the glass for contemplative sipping if the yuletide mood should strike you.
