  • We had a super productive guys night at the brewery last night painting our official logo on the bar wall. Now just a little orange and we’ll be ready to rock!

  • Thank you to all past, present, and future service members, veterans, and their families! It’s because of you, your sacrifices, and commitment that we all get to enjoy the freedoms and security that we do today. #THANKYOU

  • The CNC portion of the Lost Borough Sign is officially in primer. Painting, Neon Lettering, and Backlighting to follow

  • Most breweries don’t name their equipment. For example fermenters are simply 1,2,3,4. Then again, we’re not most breweries. Meet our Four Fermenters: Lois, Dorothy, Grace, and Gene. Named after the Founders (Dave and Dan’s) Four Grandmothers. Call us sentimental, but great beer should begin with a little nurturing.

  • The Lost Borough Orange and Yellow Posters have been installed on the brewery wall. And best of all, based on your overwhelming feedback, these are currently being printed in mass and will be available for sale in the brewery soon. Happy Halloween Everyone!

  • The Taps have officially been installed :)

  • Did we mention, while pouring the concrete countertops yesterday, we also smoked four Pumpkins in Brew Master Dan’s home built smoker, for our Pumpkin Ale? Fall is here, get your taste buds ready

We’ve been super busy the last few weeks, not only brewing our first few beers, but finishing major parts of the tasting room. Check out this video showing the cooler install/facing and concrete countertop pouring from yesterday. So close. News on the opening coming soon!

  • Our reclaimed barn wood flooring, procured many months back, was officially installed on the cooler bar wall yesterday. The taps are the next thing to go on!

Did we mention our inaugural brew, the Park Ave Pale Ale, is fermenting away? The bubbles mean the yeast is doing its job by consuming the sugars in the wort producing alcohol; with the bi-product being carbon dioxide. Hence the Bubbles = Future Beer Goodness :)

  • We had a HUGE buildout day at the brewery yesterday. We installed our reclaimed windows, trimmed the front with new base molding and built the custom forms for our concrete countertops. A great day overall #BUILDYOUROWNBREWERY #RECLAIMEVERYTHING
