That doesn’t mean it’s overwhelmed with ginger flavor, but rather, just the right amount of sweetness pokes through. The brew is based with a combination of Pale, Caramel and Chocolate malts, while hopped lightly with Centennial and Mt. Hood for the perfect bitterness. It often boasts the warm flavors of molasses and brown sugar; while accented with ginger, cloves, and cinnamon for the perfect Holiday companion.
